Separate Planning and Development:   (Designated Team Leader and Benjamin)
- Review the selected Ignite Guide
- Review tasks and expected outcomes (Ignite Guide On-Line Professional Learning Extensions     
           for: SpEd, ESOL, Gifted.....with regular [writing?] and ‘performance’ assessments)
- Review all resources to be provided to the team members
- Set tentative dates and times
- Practice using Google Docs and Skype video


Development Team Sessions:
Two hour individual initial prep - review:  (do not spend more than one hour, pace yourself)
- Assigned Ignite Guide - select a very few ‘power’ Standards - important and difficult
- Sp Ed Accommodations chart - select one important and frequent disability and review suggested strategies for it
- ESOL Accommodations - select one promising strategy
- Gifted Strategies - from differentiated instruction presentation, select one appropriate strategy
- regular assessment - usually involving writing and the application of the GA writing rubric and a content related rubric
- ‘performance’ assessment - consider an arts-based performance, involving the primary art form of the original Ignite Guide

One hour team collaborative authoring:   Phone and/or Skype conference
- share and discuss results of the individual work above
- work toward a coherent set of tentative extensions
- identify any additional resources to be suggested to the others
- identify individual assignments
- identify any needs for next individual work assignments
- agree on deadlines and next collaboration dates

One hour individual work on assignment - do not go over one hour
- proceed with each individual assignment
- check immediately with Team Leader if an obstacle or problem is identified
- send in work to shared Google Docs prior to the assigned deadline
- review the work submitted by others, prior to the next collaboration date

- Review general and specific direction of the team with Quality Group for information and input
- Review general and specific direction of the team with Anne, Pam & Darby for information and input

Development Team Sessions:
One hour team collaborative authoring -  Phone and/or Skype conference
- Collaboratively refine each Ignite Guide On-Line Professional Learning Extension

Separate Planning and Development:    (Designated Team Leader and Benjamin)
- Edit and refine all final products
- Translate and put into the Quality Group format
- Review with Quality Group
