Ms Elaine Dew supervises and encourages students during their Summer 2011 Project.   Elaine is an  Art Teacher & Assistant Principle at MFBM Chan Lui Chung Tak Memorial College,  The students are making an 'updated' version of an ancient classic Chinese painting from the Song Dynasty - 'Scenes Along The River During the Qingming Festival.'  The painting, more recently described as 'The River of Wisdom' and called the Mona Lisa of China, has been 'updated' at least twice in the centuries since. It is wonderful to consider the knowledge, skills and character the students are gaining as a result of the Arts Integration, Invitational Education, and Character Education provided by Elaine Dew and her colleagues.
